Ben 10 Chest Badge

My son celebrated his birthday today..so happy birthday Vinci...

So I thought I'd make a review of one of his gifts - the Ben 10 Chest Badge. What it does is let you listen to different alien voices - 14 alien voices in all. This includes both the regular aliens and the ultimate ones. When you press in the middle, spikes come out indicating that the toy is already in its Ultimate alien mode. It lights up as well when pressed. It comes with a necklace which you can keep under your shirt's collar. Would work great on plain colored shirts. 

It is safe even for kids below 5 years old as there are no small parts. My son loves it so much. Price here in the Philippines is Php 1000 or roughly around $20-$30.

Rimmel Colour Rush Single Eye Shadows

For smokey eyes, my ultimate fave are the Rimmel Colour Rush Single Eye Shadows. I love the black and silver shade. Use the black on the outer part of the eyes and silver along the inner lines. Rimmel is easy to apply and doesn't smudge even after hours after the application. I also love the mauve colour. You can apply it as it is with no need for color combination. Another advantage of Rimmel is that it is affordable.

MAC loves Barbie

WHO DOESN'T WANT TO LOOK LIKE BARBIE?

Well, I do want to look like barbie so I gave MACloves Barbie collection a try. Pink to its truest color. I so love the lipstick. It stays longer than any other lipsticks I've tried. I felt my lips became plumper. I so love the effect. It makes me feel pouty and of course, it adds confidence to my rather simple look.

Chicco Soft Cleansing Wipes

I must admit I'm a Chicco fan. I so love the Chicco banana baby bath but couldn't find it on the shops anymore. Anyway, I found this Chicco soft cleansing wipes and I love its softness. Perfect for babies. 

Positive points:

* It contains distilled waters of rose, cornflower, orange blossom

* Balanced PH level

Nivea Baby Cream

I know Nivea has a wide range of baby creams but I am talking specifically about the Nivea Baby Smoothy Cream. There is also other choices like the soft and cream. Anyway, I bought one for my son. Cost is Php 165. It can be applied to the face and the body.

Positive points:

* Hypoallergenic
* Can be used all over the body
* Not sticky when applied
* Smells powdery fresh

My son had dry hands due to constant washing (must have inherited my OC ways) and I noticed this morning that the skin on his fingers are cracking already due to overdryness. I applied the Nivea smoothy cream and my son told me that his hands actually felt better. Good job Nivea!

Ok, so here is the product that I want to rate. My beautiful son unfortunately has a very sensitive skin. He has allergies on many different kinds of foods. I've been to a pediatrician lately and she told me that my son is prone to allergies because of his asthma. At least now I understand.

Now, I have tried using different baby baths and soaps for my son. From infancy to being toddler, I have used Lactacyd Baby. I changed to other baby baths and soaps when my son turned 5. I noticed that from infancy to 5 years old, he has a really good skin - smooth and white. And now that he is 8, I went back to buying Lactacyd Toddlertubs Bubbles. I have already it effective so now I am really hoping that this will clear his skin. A week of using it and I can really see big difference in my son's skin. It is smoother and clearer.

Ready to Try and Rate

Hello there everyone.....it just dawned on me that I and my family have been using many different products for years already. Some of them were good, others great, and others not worth buying a second one. So I just thought, hey...it would be a good idea to give them a rating. I just want to help you guys come up with a decision as to whether to try or not some products out there- especially for kids. I'll be posting my very first product review in a while...bear with me as I take pictures of the products and upload them here.
